Life Events Shield will provide up to 6 month of mortgage payments for up to 12 months if the borrower (or co-borrower) becomes involuntarily unemployed.
The program also provides 12 months of Loss Mitigation services to borrower (and co-borrower) in the event of financial hardship or the threat of missed payments.

Fulfillment packet arrives within 60 days of move-in containing information explaining benefits, how to file a claim in the event of involuntary job loss and how to contact AEC Solutions for Loss Mitigation assistance. |
